The Christmas decorations in the hotel were beautiful and really added to the festive atmosphere. The complimentary breakfast offered a good variety of options and was a convenient way to start the day. The hotel's location near the airport and shopping centers made it easy to get around and explore the area.
The check-in process was slow and there seemed to be a lack of staff to handle the number of guests arriving. The shuttle service to and from the airport was not efficient and the driver was not very helpful.
